We utilize UPS (United Parcel Services) and charge their current rates based on Standard Service Rates or Express Service Rates you select during Checkout.
Shipping Process
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). Please ensure you entered the correct shipping address on your order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide and verify accurate shipping information. Note: Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error will not be replaced or refunded.
How do I track my package?
When your order ships, you will be sent an email notification including the order’s tracking number and the shipping carrier. Please use that tracking number to follow your package with the designated shipping carrier.
